So just going to copy a game from gaiaphage, so it's really simply. I've a made a list of characters where everyone starts with 10 points. Each round you can add a point to one character and take one point from another one. Example:

Person 1:

Heal Alec, Hurt Jace

Jace +9
Clary +10
Isabelle +10
Alec +11
Luke +10
Valentine +10
Maia +10
Simon +10
