So I finally watched this anime, and I gotta say: It was amazing!
Story:
In the series' continuity, there are curious creatures that have the ability to grant young girls any wish they desire. However, in exchange for having their wish granted, that girl must become a magical girl tasked with the duty of fighting against witches, evil beings born from despair that are responsible for unexplained accidents, murders and suicides.
Music:
The Music was made by Yuki Kajiura, in other words: It was great!

If you haven't seen this anime, then I'll recommand that you do so. It's only 12 episodes long, witch means that it's not filled with filler. It can be a bit hard to understand, but I promise if you just give it some time, then you'll understand.

Note that is show is quite dark, even though it sure doesn't look like it. You know, with all the moe-stuff, and that it's a magical girl show, BUT and this is a big but: It's a genre-breaker. It takes everything we think we know about the genre and style, and makes it dark.
